This 1977 2.7L 911 SC, painted in Coppa Florio Blue (non-metallic; Uni 360), is a slicktop featuring a Lobster Red interior with partially grey Berber seats.
Its specification is otherwise surprisingly bare-bones: standard steering wheel, ATS “Hackmesser” wheels instead of Fuchs, and no sunroof.
What immediately stands out, however, are the hood-mounted auxiliary driving lights, giving the otherwise understated 911 a distinctive, rally-inspired appearance.
Then there’s perhaps its most interesting feature: the three-speed Sportomatic transmission. Porsche’s semi-automatic system has no clutch pedal—instead, touching the gear lever automatically disengages the clutch, allowing you to shift manually.
A rather unusual combination of simplicity and eccentricity.
