Porsche 911 Turbo Carrera 3.0 US (930)

Finally presenting this 1976 Porsche 911 Turbo Carrera 3.0, finished in Coppaflorio (non-metallic; uni 360) over a Leather-to-Sample Blue interior with Midnight Blue carpeting.

Known as Ice Blue in the US, Coppaflorio was an exceptionally rare choice on the early Turbo Carrera. According to production research published in Ryan Snodgrass’ definitive Turbo 3.0, this is believed to be one of just three 1976 Turbo Carreras finished in Coppaflorio worldwide.

Built in November 1975 for the US market, chassis 9306800041 was specified with a limited-slip differential, black Turbo side stripes, Recaro sport seats for both driver and passenger, an electric sliding sunroof and Pirelli CN36 tires on 15-inch Fuchs wheels.

Before reaching its first private owner, this 930 was reportedly used by Porsche North America for the Turbo Carrera’s U.S. debut at the 1975 New York Auto Show, helping introduce the 930 to the American market.

It retains its matching-numbers 3.0-liter turbocharged flat-six and has covered just 45,719 miles. Another great period detail is its Blaupunkt stereo, complete with the rare dashboard-mounted dictation microphone.

After passing through several long-term owners, the car eventually joined the Todd Blue Collection.

Most recently, it was offered by @broadarrow_auctions as Lot 224 at @thequailevents in August 2026, where it is recorded as selling for $400,000.

One of only three.

And certainly one of the most striking early Turbo Carreras ever finished in Coppaflorio.
